Randstad may seem familiar, but what they do can be a mystery. That's where Amy stepped in, turning complexity into marketable simplicity. Here's how she propelled Randstad's growth.

Where We Began

Amy and the Randstad team analyzed the company's 10 business lines, identifying five core value propositions that became our content pillars. They then crafted a foundational content strategy that evolved into a comprehensive digital marketing approach, emphasizing user journey effectiveness. The experience aimed to visually design a user-friendly flow to direct people to relevant information and engage them while adhering to Randstad's branding guidelines and web constraints.

What This Means for You

You'll have a guide to navigate the marketing maze, ensuring your offerings are understood, desired, and embraced by your audience.

Why This Works

Randstad, at its core, is about staffing - providing, training, retaining, and optimizing your workforce. Our challenge was to convey this unique value to diverse customers.

Enter "Powah" - our internal term for “the Power of Randstad”, an interactive marketing tool that helps customers align their goals with Randstad's services. Accompanied by a comprehensive learning center, Powah became the centerpiece of our campaigns, supported by a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy to ensure effectiveness.

The Results

Achieved a 40% increase in ROI in one year through our CRO strategy.
Generated $2.7M in revenue and 4,217 MQLs in one year.
Increased average lead value by 306%.
Increased average customer account value by 100%.

Let’s do this thing.

At Chien Industries, we're all about making complicated products feel simple and appealing. If you've got a great product that people just can't wrap their heads around or feel intimidated by, we're here to help.
